Returning for its 16th season, the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) kicked off their annual summer performance Shakespeare on the Common on Wednesday, July 27th. This year’s free production is All’s Well in the End, a story of woman in a quest to gain the heart of her lover. Tragedy and comedy commingle creating an exhibition that is not to be missed.
Performances are happening now until August 14th concerts will be held every Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8pm; Sundays 7pm at the Parkmand Bandstand at the Boston Common. Don’t miss this opportunity to see a Shakespearean classic that is not often given a place in the spotlight.
Leave picnic baskets at home. CSC’s new ‘Merchant Village’ will offer sandwiches, pizza, fresh-baked cupcakes and smoothies during performances. Bringing a blanket is encouraged. Admission is free.
