Elizabeth Goldstein Talks about California State Parks

Last month we invited park experts from around the country to take part in our Great Parks = Vibrant Cities panel at the Boston Public Library. Elizabeth Goldstein shared her experiences of working with and fundraising for California state parks.

About Elizabeth Goldstein: Elizabeth Goldstein is president of the California State Parks Foundation. A life-long advocate for parks, she is former general manager of the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department, former director of planning for the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation and former director of the western office of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She is co-chair of the national organization City Parks Alliance.

What fundraising measures would you recommend for us to implement to support our parks? Let us know by leaving a comment!
